Our mission
BuyerAgent.fr is an established French real estate agency acting exclusively for international investors and purchasers of private or holiday homes and commercial properties in France.
Our team of licensed real estate professionals has over 15 years’ experience of buying property in France. In order to achieve our real estate finding mission, we have an early access to a wider range of properties (some may not even be advertised such as off-market properties).
Exclusively representing buyers in their property search and acquisition in France (mainly Paris and French riviera), our buyer’s agents will protect only their interest during the search and selection stage, the viewing and price negotiation, the purchase process and the after-sales service.
- Search and selection stage :
In accordance with our international clients needs and bill, we explore all the available options and compile a shortlist of suitable French properties.
- Viewing and price negotiation :
Our buying agents shchedule appointments at your convenience and accompany you on the viewings. Once you found your perfect property, we negotiate the offer and secure the deal on the best possible terms.
- Purchase process :
Once the real estate offer has been agreed by the seller, we co-ordinate all the legal services in order to initiate the purchase process and ensure a smooth transaction within the agreed time frame.
- After-sales service :
Until the real estate sale is done, and even after, our buyer’s agents refer you to reliable mortgage brokers, property attorneys, home inspectors, architects, renovation companies, movers and much more.
